Third-party services

Visitor session and operational alerts

When enabled by the site operator, we may create an anonymous first-party session identifier to understand how visitors discover and use the public website. This may include:

• Anonymous session and visitor IDs (UUIDs, not linked to your name by default)
• First landing page and submission page
• Referrer hostname (not full search queries)
• UTM campaign parameters when present in the URL
• Device type, browser name, and operating system derived from your user agent
• Masked IP address and approximate location when geolocation is configured
• Timestamps for first visit and form submissions

Operational Telegram notifications may be sent to authorized Antfarm team members when a new visitor session begins or when certain forms are successfully submitted. Telegram messages intentionally exclude full application answers, résumés, security report content, and unmasked IP addresses.

Session identifiers are stored in a signed, HttpOnly cookie (antfarm_visitor_session) with a configurable expiry (default 24 hours). Attribution capture may require analytics consent when configured. Contact support@antfarmdao.com to request deletion of visitor context associated with a submission.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality, anonymous visitor session management when alerts are enabled, and optional analytics when you consent. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though visitor session features may not function optimally.

Data retention

Server logs and analytics data are retained for a limited period appropriate for operational and security purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
