# Strategic Partnership with Colony Lab in the Avalanche Ecosystem ## **Summary** This proposal outlines a partnership between Antfarm DAO and Colony Lab, marking Antfarm's expansion into the Avalanche ecosystem. The initiative focuses on attracting TVL on Avalanche to increase the network effect of the protocol as well as enabling liquidity on the ATF/AVAX 1% pool. It also aims at integrating Colony Lab into our governance on Ethereum by allocating them 3.5% of AGT supply to support this long-term partnership by aligning our interests and goals. ## **Motivation** **Ecosystem Expansion**: Entering the Avalanche ecosystem represents a strategic move to diversify and strengthen Antfarm's presence in the DeFi space as well as allowing users and projects to use Antfarm’s strategies. **Liquidity Enhancement**: By partnering with Colony Lab for liquidity provisioning, we ensure a robust liquidity on different pools from the Avalanche ecosystem from day one. **Governance Integration**: Including Colony Lab in our DAO governance with a 3.5% AGT allocation fosters a deeper, mutually beneficial relationship, aligning our long-term interests and goals. ## Actions Recently, we have integrated Layer Zero to enable bridging the ATF token to Avalanche. While the official bridge wasn’t an ideal option, we found Layer Zero to perfectly match our needs. To minimize future risks, we implemented a fully permissionless process for bridging back all pseudo-burnt ATF on Avalanche, ensuring their permanent burn on Ethereum. Two actions are to be executed if this proposal is approved:  First, send 182,500 ATF to jointheantfarm.eth, that will bridge them manually through the Layer Zero OFTProxy contract then send them to Colony Lab’s multi-sig on Avalanche. Secondly send 350,000 AGT tokens to Colony Lab's Ethereum wallet to let them join our DAO.
