# Re-attempt: Compensation plan for external developer contribution # Summary Proposal for compensation to an external developer for contributions made towards the development of the coming NFT Marketplace. # Motivation As many of you are aware, our team has been working over the past few months on an NFT marketplace built on top of the Antfarm protocol. In this journey, we have been fortunate to work with a freelance solidity developer whose expertise in NFTs has been very valuable to the design and development of our upcoming product. The developer has committed a substantial amount of time and effort to this project. As such, we believe it is only fair that we offer appropriate compensation for the contributions made. We propose remuneration consisting of $2250 worth of ATF and $2250 worth of AGT, which equates to 17K ATF and 50K AGT. Beyond just being a simple form of compensation, this also serves as an incentive to attract more technically inclined users to our protocol. # Action This proposal aims to execute two functions: sending 17K ATF and 50K AGT to the developer's address.
