Antfarm DAO governance allows participants with eligible voting power to review proposals, vote on changes, and track approved actions through onchain execution.
Every proposal follows the same transparent path from idea to onchain execution.
Antfarm Governance Token (AGT) is the base ERC-20 token. Holders may lock AGT to receive voting power or delegate to active participants.
Locking AGT creates vote-escrowed AGT (veAGT), a non-transferable balance that determines proposal creation thresholds and voting weight.
Token holders who do not wish to vote directly may delegate veAGT to trusted delegates who participate on their behalf.
Addresses meeting the proposal threshold may submit governance proposals with onchain actions targeting protocol contracts or treasury operations.
Delegates and direct holders cast For, Against, or Abstain votes during the voting period. Quorum must be met for a valid outcome.
Successful proposals enter a timelock queue, providing a mandatory delay before execution so the community can review queued actions.
During the timelock delay, anyone can inspect the exact calldata that will execute. Cancelation may occur if a critical issue is discovered.
After the delay, anyone may trigger execution. The governor sends batched contract calls through the timelock controller.
One address may perform multiple roles.
Documentation describes AGT as the governance token and veAGT as voting power from locked AGT, commonly at a documented 1:1 relationship. Transferability and unstaking behavior must be confirmed on the active contracts — live reads override stale documentation.
Delegation changes voting power snapshots, not token ownership. Timing matters: verify current voting power on delegate pages and the official governance platform before votes close.

No. This portal is read-only. Voting and delegation happen on the official governance platform.
Voting power is measured in veAGT, obtained by locking AGT. Delegation transfers your veAGT voting weight to another address.
